§ 51.076. RECOVERY OF COSTS.

This subchapter provides for sewer service charges to recover costs associated with:
(A) Operation, maintenance, and replacement to ensure effective functioning of the city’s wastewater treatment system; and
(B) Local capital costs incurred in the construction of the city’s wastewater treatment system.
